Conditions for access, navigation and use of the Zertiban Developer Portal / Sandbox, in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

1. General information
In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), users of this Developer Portal / Sandbox environment are informed of the following identifying information:

In addition, certain services related to payment initiation and regulated services may be provided by ZERTI PAYMENTS, an entity duly authorised and supervised in accordance with applicable regulations.
This Developer Portal / Sandbox (hereinafter, the "Portal") is technical in nature and is intended to provide documentation, testing environments, APIs, integration tools and resources for developers, integrators and authorised business clients.
2. Purpose and scope
This Legal Notice regulates access to, navigation through and use of the Portal, as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its content, APIs, technical documentation and sandbox environments.
Access to the Portal implies full and unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice.
3. Conditions of access and use
The user undertakes to use the Portal diligently, lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations, refraining from:
- Using the Portal for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.
- Altering, damaging, disabling or compromising the security, availability or integrity of the Portal, APIs or associated systems.
- Attempting to access restricted areas without authorisation.
- Performing pentesting, automated scanning, mass scraping, fuzzing, reverse engineering or load testing activities without express authorisation.
- Introducing malware, malicious code or any element that may affect the security of the service.
- Using credentials, tokens or API keys of third parties without authorisation.
- Using the sandbox environment with real personal data, real banking data or unauthorised sensitive information.
The owner may suspend or block access to the Portal in the event of any improper use, security risk or breach of this Legal Notice.
4. Sandbox environment and limitation of liability
The Sandbox environment is exclusively a testing and technical development environment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Operations executed in the Sandbox do not produce real legal, financial or banking effects.
- The Sandbox environment must not be used with real personal data or production information.
- The availability, continuity, accuracy and operation of the Sandbox are not guaranteed.
- The Portal may be subject to interruptions, modifications, limitations or restarts without prior notice.
The owner shall not be liable for damages arising from technical errors, temporary unavailability, loss of test data, service interruptions, decisions taken by the user based on technical information from the Sandbox, or unauthorised uses by third parties.
5. APIs, credentials and security
The access credentials, API keys, tokens, certificates or authentication secrets associated with the Portal are confidential and personal.
The user shall be responsible for adequately safeguarding their credentials, preventing unauthorised access and immediately reporting any security incident or suspected compromise.
The owner may monitor technical logs, security events, traceability and operational metrics for purposes of security, fraud prevention, service continuity, regulatory compliance, audit and protection of the technology infrastructure.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
All content of the Portal, including technical documentation, APIs, specifications, designs, code, trademarks, logos, trade names, texts, images and the structure of the Portal, belongs to the owner or to authorised third parties, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Its reproduction, distribution, transformation, decompilation, reuse or exploitation without prior and express authorisation is prohibited.
7. Availability and modifications
The owner may modify, update, restrict, suspend or remove content, functionality or access to the Portal at any time and without prior notice.
The owner may also modify this Legal Notice to adapt it to regulatory, technical or operational changes.
8. Third-party links
The Portal may contain links to third-party websites or services. The owner assumes no liability whatsoever for external content, privacy policies, availability, security or conditions of such third-party services.
9. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data carried out through the Portal is governed by the corresponding Privacy Policy of the Developer Portal.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
ZERTIBAN may modify this Legal Notice to adapt it to regulatory, technical, operational or security changes. Modifications shall be published in this Portal from their date of update.
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Unless otherwise provided by applicable regulations, any dispute arising from access to or use of the Portal shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
